Litcham is a small, successful and rapidly growing all-through school. Children enjoy their time with us and are very keen to learn. At our last inspection, Ofsted judged us to be good with areas of outstanding practice. Languages are exceptionally popular options and facilities are very good. You will receive high quality support and CPD. In addition, you will be encouraged to further improve your teaching through enquiry and research.
This post is suitable for an NQT or someone wishing to broaden their experience. If you would like to be part of our future, working with an employer who will listen to you, challenge and support your decision making, as well as provide you with a wealth of resource to fulfil this fantastic opportunity, your application will be welcomed.
The school is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff and volunteers to share this commitment. If appointed, you will be required to undertake a Disclosure Barring Service (DBS) check and comply with child protection policies and practices. You will also need to provide two satisfactory references.
