Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises ten Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.

Examination and Assessment Results in 2020
The development and implementation of an all through knowledge led curriculum has been at the heart of our school for the past five years. Consequently, outcomes are good at all Key Stages and pupils are well prepared for the next stage of their lives.
In 2020, there were no national assessments or outcomes for primary pupils as a result of the COVID pandemic. There were also no national GCSE examinations, with students being awarded a Centre Assessment Grade (CAG), or “calculated” grade by Examination Boards, whichever was higher.
Schools were asked to use their professional experience to make a fair and objective judgement of the grades they believed students would have achieved had they sat their examinations. Schools were also asked to ensure that these were broadly in line with the school’s previous results in a subject. We implemented rigorous internal moderation of grades to ensure this.
GCSE outcomes for 2020 were as follows:
