Synergy Multi-Academy Trust comprises ten Norfolk schools serving children between the ages of 2 and 18. Our schools work collaboratively together to raise standards and provide education of the highest possible standard, offering the best of opportunities for pupils. The Trust was initially established in 2015. We believe that all of our schools have strengths and areas to develop, and that all can improve through sharing expertise and wisdom. The Trust understands that there will be excellent practice in each school, and that every school will be able to contribute to the development of the Trust as a whole.
The Synergy Trust and all its schools endeavour to provide the best education possible for all of its pupils in an open and transparent environment.
We welcome any feedback that we receive from parents, pupils and third parties, and we accept that not all of this will be positive. Where concerns are raised the school and Trust intends for these to be dealt with:

In order to do so, the Board of Directors of Synergy Multi Academy Trust has approved the following procedure, which is applied in all the Trust Schools and explains what you should do if you have any concerns about the school. All members of staff will be familiar with the procedure and will be able to assist you.
